Finished in Brooklands Green Metallic with White Roof. One of 50 Cooper Sport LE made in this colour. ONLY 23,000 MILES FROM NEW. 

Built to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Cooper's victory in 4 Saloon Car Championship races in 1968. Sport LE specification includes, chrome grille and handles, white mirrors, twin coachlines with BMC style Rosette with Mini Cooper wording to rear. White bonnet stripes, 2 spot lamps, sports suspension pack, 13" sportpack wheels, sportpack arches, Walnut dash, Green Leather interior with Green carpets.

100 Produced, originally 50 of Green and 50 Black, although there is some doubt that the production of colours was not even resulting in more Green than Black.

This particular Mini was registered new by Rover and offered to a motoring magazine as a competition prize. Mr G the prize winner sold this car to us Meadens of Hythe in late 2000 and for us to sell to a Mr P who owned this car until September 2014. We know and confirm that in 2006 it was taken off the road and kept in a dry store until October 2013. In October 2013 with a Mileage of 22,131 it was serviced and MOT'd. In September 2014 we had the opportunity to repurchase the car. Having done this Meadens of Hythe prepared the car giving it a Full Service, 4 new Yokohama tyres, MOT and complete new exhaust system at a mileage of 22,198 miles.

Since our ownership it has been kept in a heated garage and occasionally used in dry weather.

Will be supplied serviced and with a New MOT.

            From the moment I had booked the viewing I had given confidence, I had a call back within minutes regarding a question I had asked and given the answer which I found very impressive.

            The vehicle itself was lovely, I was impressed with the full service history and look of the vehicle. It had been looked after. When looking around the vehicle we were given time on our own to look around, think and we weren’t pressured or felt under pressure, we were given the time we needed to make such a big decision.

            Both Steve and Lee were friendly and professional and made us both very much at ease. I thank them both for their time and kindness while making a big decision and am grateful to them both.

            Not a huge selection, but may have just been because I needed it for the next day.
            The entrance is a bit hidden, and you actually need to go towards the petrol station car wash, some extra signage might be good as we missed it at first.
